Overview
This role is for highly capable finance and accounting professionals to support an ongoing, remote project focused on evaluating and improving advanced AI models. The work involves designing realistic but challenging professional finance/accounting tasks and assessing the quality of AI-generated outputs.
Responsibilities
- Design prompts for realistic, artifact-based tasks in your finance or accounting domain
- Evaluate AI-generated work for accuracy, completeness, reasoning, and professional quality
- Iteratively increase task difficulty and complexity to identify where model capabilities break down
- Clearly document errors, inconsistencies, and shortcomings in the model’s output
- Develop detailed evaluation rubrics describing what a high-quality solution should include and how future attempts should be graded

- Financial models
- Forecasts
- Budgets
- Valuation analyses
- Financial statements

Requirements
- Strong analytical and structured thinking
- Deep expertise in a finance or accounting area
- Enjoys problem-solving, testing assumptions, and finding edge cases
- Can design complex but realistic financial or accounting problems
- High bar for accuracy and professional-quality work
- Ability to “zoom out” and define what an excellent solution should look like
- Comfortable working independently in an open-ended environment
Compensation & Benefits
- $140/hour
- Minimum commitment: 20 hours per week
- Opportunity to work additional hours (20–40+ hours per week)
