Finance Manager - Home Health & Hospice - Piedmont Augusta

The Manager of Finance and Analytics for Home Health and Hospice leads financial, operational, and clinical reporting and analytics for Home Health and Hospice. The position transforms data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, operational excellence, quality outcomes, and financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary resource for turning data into actionable insights.
• Partner with executive leadership, operational leaders, clinical teams, and corporate departments to develop reporting solutions.
• Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Direct, analyze, manage, and coordinate financial functions, including:
  • Oversight and monitoring of project accounting
  • Business case development
  • Variance analysis
  • Department-level budgets
  • KPI tracking
  • Labor analysis
  • Day-to-day business and financial operations
  • Annual surveys
  • Licensure for home health and hospice agencies

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related business field. (Required)
• Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related business field. (Preferred)

Work Experience

• 5 years of progressive work experience in Financial/Operational analysis, with home health and hospice experience. (Required)
• 3 years of progressive work experience in Financial/Operational analysis, with home health and hospice experience with a Master’s degree. (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (Preferred)
