Finance & Operations Lead

Overview

Finance & Operations Lead role based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Global offices and remote work are available.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close in partnership with external accountants
• Manage cash flow, runway planning, and financial reporting for leadership and investors
• Run vendor, contract, and procurement processes
• Build lightweight operational processes needed as the organization scales

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance, operations, or a related role
• Strong understanding of startup accounting and financial planning
• Comfortable being the first finance hire and building the function from zero
• Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable with numbers

Preferred Qualifications

• Finance or operations experience at a venture-backed startup
• Familiarity with operating both US and Korean entities
• CPA or equivalent background
