Overview
This role involves applying deep financial modeling expertise to improve AI-generated financial analysis tasks. The position requires auditing, refining, and enhancing AI workflows to ensure they accurately reflect professional analyst practices. The work includes reviewing task instructions, scoring rubrics, and editing Markdown files and Python scripts to correct logic errors and improve clarity.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract opportunity requiring strong US-based financial knowledge and fluency with American financial terminology and conventions.

Responsibilities
- Audit AI-generated financial modeling tasks to verify alignment with professional analyst workflows
- Validate task instructions and scoring rubrics for logical consistency, completeness, and real-world applicability
- Edit Markdown documentation and Python scripts via Pull Requests to fix logic errors and clarify ambiguous content
- Assess AI outputs for correct application of financial concepts such as DCF analysis, P&L interpretation, financial statement modeling, and valuation techniques
- Provide clear, structured feedback based on professional financial expertise
- Collaborate asynchronously with a distributed team using GitHub workflows
- Manage task-based assignments independently, working at your own pace and schedule
Requirements
- Extensive subject matter expertise in finance, with experience as an analyst, investment banker, corporate finance professional, equity researcher, FP&A specialist, or related role
- Strong command of US financial terminology and frameworks (e.g., DCF, P&L, balance sheet analysis, WACC, comparable company analysis)
- Proficiency in Python, including reading, writing, and debugging financial calculation scripts
- Experience with GitHub, including cloning repositories, creating branches, and submitting Pull Requests independently
- Comfortable editing Markdown for technical documentation
- Detail-oriented with a systematic, quality-driven approach to reviewing work
- Clear and precise written communication skills to articulate issues and solutions effectively
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
Preferred Qualifications
- CFA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA with a finance concentration
- Professional experience building financial models in Excel or Python for deal evaluation, forecasting, or valuation
- Familiarity with US-listed equities, US GAAP, or cross-border financial analysis
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or developing training materials for financial concepts
- Knowledge of AI/ML evaluation workflows or data annotation projects
- Experience writing or reviewing technical rubrics or assessment criteria
