Finance Specialist

Overview

This role supports financial controls for a gaming platform with regional operations in Latin America. Responsibilities include reviewing and processing payment requests, reconciling expenses against approved budgets, ensuring accurate financial data entry, and supporting audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Review payment requests to ensure alignment with approved budgets and plans.
• Process requests in 1C.
• Reconcile actual expenses with approved budgets on a regular basis.
• Confirm the accuracy and transparency of submitted services for audits.
• Ensure correct entry of financial data into the system and glossary.
• Monitor budget balances across channels and partners.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Collaborate with other departments to address financial issues efficiently.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or treasury operations.
• Experience with 1C.
• Knowledge of budget control and payment management.
• Familiarity with financial reporting standards and audit processes.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
