Finance Systems Analyst

Overview

• Fully Remote
• This role supports enterprise finance and accounting applications related to costing, productivity, benchmarking, budgeting, and reporting. The analyst ensures accurate financial data through system administration, testing, and analytics, enabling financial decision-making and operational performance across a healthcare organization.

Responsibilities

• Support finance and accounting applications, including administration, configuration, and maintenance
• Ensure data integrity and perform system testing
• Provide user support and training for financial systems
• Assist with financial projects using operational data analysis
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Support month-end close and variance analysis
• Collaborate with operational leaders as a financial liaison
• Maintain monthly financial reconciliations
• Assist with ad hoc analyses, proformas, and reporting requests
• Support accounting functions including contractual allowance reserve calculations and accrual identification
• Assist system accounting and regional finance teams as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $26.41 per hour to $44.1 per hour
• Actual compensation depends on experience, qualifications, location, and other factors.
