Finance Systems Analyst

Overview

This is a fully remote position with an organization in the healthcare industry providing patient care services across multiple facilities in central and southeastern Illinois.

The Finance Systems Analyst supports enterprise finance and accounting applications related to costing, productivity, benchmarking, budgeting, and reporting. The role helps ensure accurate financial data through system administration, testing, and analytics, enabling financial decision-making and operational performance across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support finance and accounting applications including administration, configuration, and maintenance
• Ensure data integrity and perform system testing
• Provide user support and training for financial systems
• Assist with financial projects using operational data analysis
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations
• Support month-end close and variance analysis
• Collaborate with operational leaders as a financial liaison
• Maintain monthly financial reconciliations
• Assist with ad hoc analyses, proformas, and reporting requests
• Support accounting functions including contractual allowance reserve calculations and accrual identification
• Assist system accounting and regional finance teams as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $26.41 per hour to $44.1 per hour
