Overview

This full-time Financial Analyst role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in New Jersey.

Salary: $106,000 - $116,000 per year

In this position, you will analyze financial performance, trends, forecasts, and business drivers. The work supports customer support, administrative services, project coordination, records, reporting, and day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and validate financial and operating data used in recurring management reporting.
  • Build and maintain forecasts, budgets, variance analyses, financial models, and performance dashboards.
  • Investigate material changes in revenue, cost, margin, cash flow, or other financial measures.
  • Prepare concise financial summaries and decision-support materials for managers and stakeholders.
  • Improve reporting models, assumptions, source documentation, and recurring analytical processes.
  • Support ad hoc financial analysis while protecting confidential information.

Requirements

  • Strong spreadsheet modeling, analytical, and financial-reporting skills.
  • Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and business metrics.
  • Experience with financial systems, BI tools, or SQL is helpful.
  • Ability to turn detailed analysis into clear management-ready conclusions.
  • Strong judgment, documentation, and attention to detail.
