Overview
This role is for a Financial Analyst who will serve as the analytical engine supporting client engagements. The position involves building financial models, conducting analyses, and preparing materials for presentation to founders and boards, under the guidance of a Finance Manager and senior leadership.
This is a high-impact opportunity suited for professionals with 2–4 years of experience aiming to develop into future CFO roles. The position offers exposure to a wide variety of business challenges within a short timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain three-statement financial models, scenario forecasts, and operating budgets for 4–6 client projects.
- Produce monthly review packages including variance analysis, KPI scorecards, driver-level commentary, and supporting visuals.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses on pricing, unit economics, customer cohorts, channel profitability, and capital allocation decisions.
- Support fundraising and transaction activities such as data room preparation, investor model construction, and due diligence responses.
- Draft board materials and client memos with a conclusion-first approach, quantifying and ranking drivers and clearly naming trade-offs.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, corporate FP&A, or other high-rigor analytical roles. Top-tier internships are also considered.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a quantitative discipline.
- CFA Level I or higher is a plus.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, capable of building clean, auditable models without relying on templates.
- Strong written communication skills, able to concisely summarize complex financial decisions.
- Demonstrated curiosity about business operations, with the ability to explain client business models comprehensively within a few months.
