Overview
A global, multi-billion dollar manufacturing organization with offices in numerous countries is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their expanding finance team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute significantly within a dynamic and growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Recommend budget adjustments and identify cost improvement measures
- Analyze financial data, coordinating monthly reporting, quarterly forecasting, and annual planning
- Provide guidance to business units and leadership on reports, analytics, strategic plans, and targets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Profit & Loss (P&L) analysis, Risk and Opportunity analysis, and bridge comments
- Ensure alignment between operating strategy and financial forecasts
- Support monthly close consolidation by preparing variance analysis and reporting results for multiple business units
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive finance or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in Excel and technical skills including Vena
- Experience in manufacturing is required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
