  • Assist G&A leaders with process improvements, automation initiatives, and organizational design decisions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Own planning, forecasting, and closing processes, ensuring accuracy and consistency across annual plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analyses.
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for VP- and C-level audiences.
  • Collaborate with Accounting, HR Business Partners, Procurement, and other FP&A teams to facilitate strategic decision-making.
  • Leverage AI, Business Intelligence, and FP&A platforms to improve analysis quality and speed, moving toward real-time decision support.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and contribute to continuous process enhancements.

  • Robust analytical mindset with proficiency in planning, forecasting, monthly close, variance analysis, and reporting.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations, scoping undefined problems, and driving actionable recommendations with limited guidance.
  • Experience supporting G&A and/or Marketing functions is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with SaaS marketing metrics such as pipeline, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), and marketing-sourced bookings is a plus.
