Overview
This role involves performing research and analysis related to budgeting, financial trends, performance measures, and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Develop data survey collection methods, research techniques, data interpretation, and analytical methodologies for analysis purposes.
- Apply statistical and financial principles to prepare reports and provide recommendations on financial trends, business forecasts, and clinic performance, including suggesting remedial actions.
- Lead projects by providing work instructions, coordinating efforts, and reporting on completion.
- Conduct interviews, investigations, research, and data collection, documenting findings.
- Evaluate processes, budgets, programs, and practices to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Prepare documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Communicate findings internally and externally through presentations using charts and graphs.
- Prepare and report on provider performance measures and benchmarking, including compensation review and analysis.
- Assist in reviewing and analyzing annual budget submissions.
- Attend required meetings and participate in committees as requested.
- Engage in professional development through in-service meetings and educational programs.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to guidelines related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to prevent unauthorized disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Use effective oral and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and positively.
- Follow established policies, procedures, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
- Implement job responsibilities consistent with organizational ethics and support cultural diversity objectives.
- Support and adhere to service guarantees.
- Perform other related duties as required.
