Overview

This role involves performing research and analysis related to budgeting, financial trends, performance measures, and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop data survey collection methods, research techniques, data interpretation, and analytical methodologies for analysis purposes.
  • Apply statistical and financial principles to prepare reports and provide recommendations on financial trends, business forecasts, and clinic performance, including suggesting remedial actions.
  • Lead projects by providing work instructions, coordinating efforts, and reporting on completion.
  • Conduct interviews, investigations, research, and data collection, documenting findings.
  • Evaluate processes, budgets, programs, and practices to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
  • Prepare documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Communicate findings internally and externally through presentations using charts and graphs.
  • Prepare and report on provider performance measures and benchmarking, including compensation review and analysis.
  • Assist in reviewing and analyzing annual budget submissions.
  • Attend required meetings and participate in committees as requested.
  • Engage in professional development through in-service meetings and educational programs.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to guidelines related to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) to prevent unauthorized disclosure of Protected Health Information (PHI).
  • Use effective oral and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and positively.
  • Follow established policies, procedures, quality assurance, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
  • Implement job responsibilities consistent with organizational ethics and support cultural diversity objectives.
  • Support and adhere to service guarantees.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
