Financial Analyst

Overview

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Pricing to join their Pricing team. This role focuses on driving deal management and contracting across multiple service business lines through precise data analysis and pricing decisions. The position involves collaborating closely with business unit partners to support strategic initiatives that improve access to medicines and contribute to profit growth.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis for RFPs, proactive opportunities, and renewal processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to identify improvement areas based on analytical insights.
• Serve as a trusted partner to the Commercial team during deal reviews, negotiations, renewals, and contract discussions, including leadership presentations and term sheet development.
• Lead the standardization and implementation of best practices, processes, procedures, and templates related to deal management.
• Develop and utilize analytic tools such as pricing models, dashboards, trend reports, and profitability analyses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across sales, finance, and other functional teams.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues.
• Develop creative solutions to complex problems using sound judgment within broad policy frameworks.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including strategic pricing and deal management initiatives with measurable profit growth.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence leadership across multiple functions such as Commercial, Product, and Operations.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with high organization and flexibility.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $96,000 to $160,000, aligned with performance, experience, skills, and market standards.
