Overview

This role is for a Financial Analyst supporting global brand finance for two major brands within the organization. The position involves partnering with brand marketing, merchandising, planning, accounting, and operations teams to enhance financial planning, reporting, and decision-making. It is a remote position based in the United States, with applicants required to reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Texas, Utah, or Washington.

Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for global brand marketing, ensuring alignment with strategy and SG&A targets
  • Develop ROI and campaign performance frameworks to guide investment decisions across agencies, sport marketing, and partnerships
  • Support 3 to 5-year revenue and margin planning by creating consistent, well-governed assumptions with brand, product, and finance partners
  • Translate product, pricing, and mix decisions into clear financial implications, risks, and tradeoffs throughout go-to-market milestones
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and demand planning teams to improve inventory visibility, support composition analysis, and scenario planning
  • Conduct hindsight and forecast-accuracy analyses to enhance decision-making and learning
  • Provide high-impact ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and evolving business needs
  • Continuously improve tools, reporting, and processes to increase decision speed, clarity, and quality

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred or equivalent experience demonstrating strong financial analysis, modeling, and business acumen
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, or a related analytical role
  • Strong Excel modeling skills (required)
  • Experience with Hyperion or similar planning systems (preferred)
  • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau (nice to have)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Interest in consumer brands, marketing analytics, and long-range planning
