Overview
An investment banking team specializing in M&A transactions is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their remote workforce. This role involves building financial projection models, preparing company valuation reports, and creating confidential information memorandums to support buy-side and sell-side advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Build detailed financial models using Excel.
- Prepare and present reports based on comprehensive business analysis.
- Conduct in-depth research and prepare corresponding reports.
- Develop detailed PowerPoint presentations reflecting business analysis and research findings.
- Interact with clients to understand business strengths and weaknesses.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate large amounts of information accurately and with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Expert-level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
