Overview
This fully remote Financial Analyst role supports the Longwood, FL office and requires a bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of financial-related experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Note: Candidates residing within 50 miles of a branch location may be required to work onsite in a hybrid capacity when business needs arise. Remote work requires a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and is not intended to accommodate personal responsibilities during working hours.
Responsibilities
- Track and report monthly producer metrics such as gross revenue, new business, and lost business activity.
- Monitor producer performance related to equity programs, ensuring accurate production credit and proper handling of deviations.
- Analyze individual producer performance concerning earn-out structures and payout triggers.
- Monitor and report on ramping producers' performance, identifying trends and variances.
- Develop and deliver organizational KPIs and performance metrics related to producer activity.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to design and maintain Power BI dashboards for real-time producer performance visibility.
- Analyze data trends and provide actionable insights to support business planning and performance improvements.
- Assist with cash flow forecasting related to producer equity programs and compensation structures.
- Support analysis of cap table implications and financial impacts associated with producer equity programs.
- Engage in continuous professional development through internal and external opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related analytical field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis or data analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with reporting and analytics platforms; Power BI experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities to manage multiple tasks.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $65,000 to $85,000 per year, based on experience, skills, and location.
