Overview
A leading organization in the Manufacturing & Automotive sector is seeking a Financial Analyst - Regional Field Service to join their team. This role focuses on driving operational priorities related to execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. The position involves collaboration with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to enhance accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. Location
- Remote (US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available)
Compensation
- $100,500 – $160,800 annually
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to contribute to strategy definition for the South Field Service Region
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable business plans with measurable targets
- Monitor progress and provide insights and analysis to support operational decision-making
- Identify and communicate financial risks and opportunities arising from business propositions
- Manage work-in-process inventory and oversee revenue recognition processes to ensure accurate financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (Associate's Degree with significant experience may be considered)
- 7+ years of experience in financial roles involving partnership with business leaders and a combination of financial analysis and accounting tasks
- Proficiency with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Strong leadership skills and a proactive customer service mindset
- Work authorization to be employed in the US is required
Desired Skills and Experience
- Experience with SAP ERP Systems
- Familiarity with financial analysis tools such as Hyperion or Cognos
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Data visualization techniques
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or Oracle Financial Services
