Financial Analyst (Remote)

Overview

This role provides financial and operational support for the organization’s royalty expense reporting, royalty payments, and related ad hoc analysis. Responsibilities also include supporting strategic planning and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Complete investment analysis to support business strategies
• Allocate revenue for royalty payments
• Analyze monthly royalty expense results for Senior Leadership
• Provide guidance for setting Annual & Quarterly forecasts
• Build ad hoc analysis reports for distribution to partners
• Ensure accuracy of monthly royalty payments
• Support the product team by compiling financial information to guide profitability oversight of agreements with partners
• Develop relationships with Product Organization and Finance Leadership
• Participate in ad hoc reporting, initiatives, and analysis
• Investigate discrepancies and provide recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required; preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Data Analysis (MBA a plus)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Proficient and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
• Strong initiative and the ability to work independently
• High attention to detail with multitasking capabilities
• Ability to contribute constructively in a team environment
• Ability to communicate complex business information to a range of audiences
• Ability to train/mentor others

Compensation & Benefits

• Base pay range: $58,300.00 - $75,750.00 USD
• Individual base pay varies based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location
