Financial Analyst (Remote)
Overview
A leading wellness organization with over a decade of successful operation and a global presence is seeking a Financial Analyst to support its financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities. The organization has grown from a small family-owned business into a billion-dollar enterprise with more than 1,500 employees worldwide. This role offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses.
- Assist with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning processes.
- Coordinate monthly reporting cycles and quarterly forecasting activities.
- Collaborate with business leaders and departments to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Conduct profit and loss (P&L) analysis to evaluate business performance.
- Perform risk and opportunity analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop bridge comments and financial narratives to explain business results.
- Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, presentations, and strategic analyses for management.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting processes and budgeting efficiency.
- Review financial data for discrepancies and unusual trends.
- Provide financial guidance on pricing strategies and special business projects.
- Support executive decision-making through accurate and timely financial analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.
- Ability to analyze large volumes of financial data with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

Compensation & Benefits
