Overview

A senior-level Financial Analyst position is available to support budgeting and forecasting for IT, HR, and I&HS organizations within a dynamic technology environment. This role involves financial planning and analysis to ensure the financial needs related to Information Technology, including Cyber operations and AI development, are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial guidance and reporting to internal IT, HR, and I&HS departments.
  • Collaborate with department managers and team members to develop accurate financial forecasts.
  • Lead budget planning and forecasting efforts to support organizational needs in a timely and precise manner.
  • Utilize Oracle Cloud reporting tools, SmartView, and internal financial systems alongside advanced Excel skills to create forecasting models.
  • Maintain thorough documentation to ensure readiness for DCMA/DCAA audit inquiries.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
  • Minimum of 10 years of related financial analysis experience.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and Oracle required.
  • Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is strongly encouraged.
  • Must be a US Person.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to support diverse and dynamic team needs.
  • Understanding of Capital Expenditure concepts and fixed asset depreciation is highly beneficial.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $112,840 - $138,000, dependent on experience, location, and contractual requirements.
  • Full-time position with 40 scheduled weekly hours.
  • Less than 10% travel required.
