Financial Analyst Sr

Overview

This role provides advanced, objective analytical support and independently organizes and presents data to support Finance, Operations, and Strategic Planning functions. Work is performed in partnership with the Manager/Director and may include ongoing and special financial analysis and support to Finance, Administrators, Directors, and Managers throughout the health system.

Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced and independent financial analysis to support organizational Finance, Operations, and Strategic Planning functions
• Organize, analyze, and present data to support decision-making
• Support ongoing and special financial analysis projects for Finance, Administrators, Directors, and Managers across the health system
• Complete other special projects as assigned
• Apply complex data analysis and strong computer skills to deliver accurate, timely insights
• Use independent judgment in decision-making
• Maintain a professional work ethic and demonstrate effective interpersonal skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration required, with a concentration in accounting, finance or other related field highly preferred
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in finance and/or financial analysis; healthcare setting preferred
• Systems experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Healthcare experience preferred
• Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting minimum requirements

Pay range (per pay transparency requirements): $94,889.60 - $136,572.80 USD. Pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale aligned with the applicant’s years of experience.
