This full-time, 100% remote Financial Analyst role is based in Kentucky.
Salary: $106,000 - $116,000 per year
The position supports managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, technical support, implementations, systems, and client technology operations. The role focuses on maintaining accurate financial and transaction records, including billing, account details, claims, and supporting documentation.
Responsibilities
- Review and maintain financial analyst records related to managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud services, technical support, implementations, systems, and client technology operations.
- Process or verify assigned transactions, invoices, account details, claims, or supporting documentation.
- Investigate routine discrepancies and document approved corrections or follow-up actions.
- Prepare status summaries, reconciliation notes, or recurring reports as required.
- Communicate professionally when additional customer, vendor, employee, or internal information is needed.
- Protect sensitive information and follow documentation and access procedures.
Requirements
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Comfort using spreadsheets and finance, billing, claims, or record-management systems.
- Ability to identify discrepancies and maintain complete supporting documentation.
- Professional communication with customers, vendors, or internal teams.
- Reliable internet access and a secure remote workspace.
