Financial Analyst

Overview

A dynamic organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join their team in Duluth with a hybrid work schedule, including work-from-home on Mondays and Fridays. This role supports General & Administrative functions by delivering critical financial insights through reporting, forecasting, and planning. Responsibilities

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for designated G&A departments
• Partner with IT leadership to monitor spending, vendor details, and contract renewal timelines
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable financial insights
• Support company-wide financial reporting and contribute to finance system transformation initiatives
• Assist with training, adoption, and change management of new analytics tools
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data
• Support continuous process improvements and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling
• Experience with SAP BPC / BOBJ AO and Tableau preferred
• Exposure to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or SAP Datasphere is a plus
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver accurate, timely financial insights
