Financial Analyst

Overview

This role supports financial reporting, planning, and performance analysis. The Financial Analyst focuses on producing accurate financial information, performing variance reviews, and delivering clear reporting to support operational decisions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review recurring financial reports, expense summaries, and performance analyses.
• Analyze budget-to-actual results, cost trends, and material financial variances.
• Maintain organized financial models, spreadsheets, assumptions, and supporting documentation.
• Assist with forecasting, planning, and management reporting using accurate source data.
• Investigate unusual results or missing information and document follow-up items clearly.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, accounting, finance operations, or a closely related role.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, including working with financial data, formulas, and reconciliations.
• Ability to identify financial trends and communicate results in a clear, organized format.
• Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and follow-through.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $71,000 – $79,000 per year
