Financial Controller

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Controller to contribute to the development of AI models tailored for finance professionals. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and can be pursued full-time, part-time, or on a periodic basis.

Responsibilities

• Review and enhance AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets.
• Apply financial expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI-generated outputs.
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities.
• Provide clear, structured feedback to improve the intelligence and reliability of AI models.
• Evaluate the quality and correctness of AI chatbot outputs.

Requirements

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline.
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, and related finance management reasoning.
• A Master's degree or PhD (completed or in progress) is strongly preferred but not mandatory.
• Relevant professional backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning.

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible scheduling.
• Option to select preferred projects.
• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work.
• Payment is made via PayPal; currency conversions from USD are handled automatically.
