Overview

A leading provider of innovative construction technology solutions is seeking a highly motivated Financial Data Analyst to join their expanding team. This role focuses on supporting the financial growth of various branches through detailed data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Create and analyze profit and loss statements for multiple branches to support financial decision-making
  • Collaborate with operations teams to improve understanding of earnings and financial performance
  • Analyze monthly financial data to identify challenges and opportunities for increased profitability
  • Develop and implement new financial data processes, including forecasting and trend analysis
  • Design and build dashboards that provide real-time financial insights to branch managers and leadership
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Monitor financial metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals
  • Identify patterns and insights from data to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements

Requirements

  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, including CTEs, joins, and subqueries
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Experience in corporate finance, including forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis (preferred)
  • Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to extract key insights quickly from complex data sets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of analytical programming languages such as Python, R, SAS, or SPSS (preferred)
