  • Build and maintain components of the corporate forecasting model, including portfolio performance metrics such as payment behavior, delinquency roll rates, and charge-offs
  • Create scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions and stress-test liquidity
  • Analyze variances against budget and outlook, providing clear narratives for senior leadership

Capital Markets:

  • Support management of asset-backed debt facilities, including covenant compliance monitoring, borrowing base reporting, and analyses for draws and repayments
  • Prepare investor and lender communications, portfolio analyses, and materials for investor meetings
  • Develop credit performance forecasts (e.g., delinquency, prepayment behavior) to inform funding strategy and capital planning
  • Research capital markets trends, funding innovations, and peer strategies

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with Risk, Accounting, Sales, and Operations teams to align forecasts, metrics, and reporting logic
  • Improve internal processes, automate workflows, and leverage modern tools (including AI) to enhance analysis speed and accuracy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a quantitative field
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, data/business analytics, investment banking, capital markets, or financial services analytics
  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with large, complex datasets
  • Ability to support multiple senior stakeholders and prioritize competing workstreams
  • Analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and focus on data integrity

  • Foundational knowledge of asset-backed lending, securitization, and debt capital markets
  • Python experience for financial analysis and forecasting
  • Experience using BI tools (e.g., Tableau) to build dashboards and track KPIs
  • Experience applying AI tools to accelerate analysis and reporting

  • Eligibility to participate in company bonus plan
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • 20 PTO days plus 11 paid holidays
