Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Analyst

Overview

This role supports financial planning and forecasting across Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow. You will partner with cross-functional teams to build accurate models and deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decisions impacting business performance and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain annual plans and rolling forecasts for Revenue, Billings, Collections, and Free Cash Flow in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
• Monitor performance against forecasts and provide variance analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Deliver financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership on business performance, forecasting accuracy, and key trends
• Develop long-range financial plans aligned with strategic business objectives and growth targets
• Evaluate and improve forecasting methodologies, tools, and processes to increase accuracy, scalability, and automation

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Accounting, Consulting, or related corporate finance roles
• Advanced financial modeling skills using Excel and Google Sheets/Slides
• Data analysis experience using SQL or similar advanced analytical tools
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences (written and verbal)
• Experience managing multiple priorities and delivering accurate results under tight deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• FP&A experience from the software or technology industry
• Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range or On Target Earnings: $76,800.00 - $186,200.00
• Total Direct Compensation includes base salary, bonus, and equity value
• Starting pay is based on factors including qualifications and experience
• Location-based compensation structure may apply (different range for candidates in different locations)
