Financial Representative - Seeking Growth

Overview

This role involves serving as a Financial Representative with the Polk Region of a member-owned fraternal financial services organization. The position supports the continued growth of the local office by addressing members’ financial needs, demonstrating community leadership, and helping develop a strong team over time.

Responsibilities

• Address members’ financial needs and provide guidance consistent with role requirements
• Support the continued growth of the local office
• Demonstrate leadership in the community
• Over time, potentially expand responsibilities to include:
  • Recruiting
  • Training
  • Developing other financial representatives

Qualifications

• Team-spirited, enthusiastic, and able to maintain a positive attitude when facing challenges
• Genuine and authentic, with a willingness and drive to do what it takes to contribute and achieve the goal at hand
• Competitive nature or experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, try-athletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer, etc.) is a bonus

Required Qualifications / Licenses

• SIE Certification or willingness to quickly obtain
• Life/Health License or willingness to quickly obtain

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, mentoring, or coaching (not required, but aligned with the role’s growth path)

• Starting income ranging from $97K to $192K+ (commensurate with experience and outcomes)
