FP&A Analyst

Overview

The organization is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning and strategic business analysis for the Finance team.

This role will work with team members across locations throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the development of enterprise reporting tools, dashboards, and financial models while driving processes to rapidly deliver data-driven insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with all levels of the organization to communicate findings and insights verbally and visually to non-technical business partners.
• Serve as a strategic partner for assigned business units, acting as a point of escalation and accountability to ensure effective partnership and satisfaction.
• Lead the annual budget and forecasting process for assigned business units.
• Assist with the evolution of monthly financial packages and reports to provide insights from day one.

Requirements

• Experience with financial planning and strategic business analysis.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable solutions and support monthly reporting with insights.
• Demonstrated ability to develop reporting tools/dashboards and financial models.
