Overview
An AI-powered platform specializing in real estate and construction finance is seeking an entry-level FP&A Analyst to join their Finance team. The platform manages over $300 billion in annual capital for more than 340 lenders, including many top U.S. banks. The FP&A team provides financial intelligence through forecasting, modeling, and analysis to support executive decision-making and business growth across multiple SaaS product segments.
Responsibilities
- Support preparation of monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and management reporting packages.
- Assist in maintaining and updating financial models, budgets, and forecasts using standard templates and processes.
- Extract and organize data from financial systems such as NetSuite, Planful, and Salesforce to support analysis and reporting.
- Conduct research and build basic analyses to answer defined business questions under senior team guidance.
- Participate in monthly and quarterly financial close processes, supporting consolidation and reporting tasks.
- Maintain and update key financial schedules, KPI trackers, and dashboards.
- Support special finance projects and ad hoc analyses as assigned.
- Utilize AI tools to accelerate data organization, report preparation, and analytical documentation.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or analytics; recent graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Excel with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to present financial data effectively.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn SaaS business models and how financial decisions impact growth.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or financial planning tools (Planful, Adaptive, Anaplan) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to proactively identify data quality issues and analytical questions.
- Demonstrated initiative and reliability in maintaining financial data and models.
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $69,000 - $79,000 USD per year, reflecting full proficiency levels and upward mobility.

Location & Travel
- Remote position.
- Remote employees are expected to travel to Nashville or a designated company location at least twice a year for company gatherings.
