Overview
This role combines ownership of a financial planning system with hands-on Corporate FP&A responsibilities, including planning, forecasting, analysis, and executive reporting. You will help evolve the company’s planning platform (Adaptive Planning) while partnering across Corporate FP&A to deliver insights and narratives for senior leadership.

- Integrations include NetSuite, Workday HCM, and other source systems.
- Partner with Corporate FP&A on planning, forecasting, analysis, and reporting cycles, including variance analysis against plan and forecast.
- Identify and surface key issues, risks, and business drivers leadership needs to understand.
- Consolidate financial forecasts and develop executive presentations and narratives.
- Partner with Accounting on changes to financial statement presentation and ensure consistency across systems.
- Bring AI and automation into day-to-day FP&A workflows to speed up analysis, streamline reporting, and free time for higher-value strategic work.
- Perform ad hoc analysis and cross-functional financial projects as needed.
Requirements

Systems & Technical Expertise
- Hands-on experience with Adaptive Planning (Adaptive Insights) or a comparable financial planning platform such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Anaplan, Pigment, or Planful.
- Experience designing, building, or implementing planning systems and data integrations (not only using them).
- Comfort working with data beyond the planning tool itself; SQL, databases, and reporting systems are a plus.
- Practical experience using AI tools (including Claude Cowork) to work faster and smarter.
- Interest in integrating AI into everyday work, not treating it as a novelty.
Preferred Qualifications
