FP&A Implementation Specialist

Overview

This role involves supporting finance teams by simplifying financial models, implementing data processes, and providing detailed business analysis to improve budgeting, forecasting, planning, and reporting. The position is fully remote and open to candidates located in the Eastern Time Zone within the United States. No sponsorship or relocation assistance is provided.

Responsibilities

• Understand client situations to simplify models and data, and implement processes within the organization's environment
• Create detailed business analyses outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions related to budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and reporting
• Manage, interpret, and validate customer data to improve quality of customer care
• Recommend process changes to optimize procedures and maximize outcomes
• Build long-term strategic relationships with customers, gather requirements, and provide ongoing financial reporting support

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in customer success, consulting, or similar customer-facing roles combined with a finance or accounting background
• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions including formulas, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex financial models
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with CFOs, VPs, Directors of Finance, and other senior finance professionals
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $90,000 to $110,000 USD per year, depending on experience, skills, and location
