FP&A Manager

Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to contribute to the development of AI models designed to assist finance professionals. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and the option to work part-time, full-time, or on a periodic basis.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve AI-generated responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Use financial expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess their reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance the AI's reliability and intelligence

Requirements

• Advanced financial reasoning skills with formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis
• Master’s or PhD degree (completed or in progress) strongly preferred but not mandatory
• Relevant professional backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible hours
• Ability to select preferred projects
• Hourly pay starting at $50-$60 USD, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
