GovCon Technology Senior Consultant, with Deltek Costpoint Experience

Overview

This role involves working directly with clients to analyze business issues, develop solutions, and support engagement and relationship management. The organization provides advisory, tax, and assurance services through alternative practice structures, including licensed attest services and tax/business advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with clients to analyze client issues and develop solutions.
• Review work and train/coach staff consultants.
• Strengthen existing client relationships and help develop new business opportunities by participating in sales meetings and working on proposals.
• Interact directly with Partners and leadership on client and engagement management.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Accounting Information Systems, Management/Computer Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related program.
• Two (2) to Five (5) years experience delivering financial and management consulting services.
  • Deltek Costpoint ERP Systems Implementation experience is a plus.
  • Must have experience with Commercial clients of a combination of Commercial and Federal Clients.
• Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Solid Microsoft Suite skills.
• Ability to provide exceptional client service, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning, and apply ethical knowledge and quality-focused, timely delivery of duties.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment with client personnel at all levels across various industries.
• Excellent written/verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong project management and facilitation skills.
• CPA or PMP certification preferred.
• Flexibility to travel to client site as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay range: $78,100 to $126,500.
• Compensation will depend on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, professional certifications, work arrangements, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs.
• It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case.
• A compensation and benefits package is offered to eligible employees.
