Hedge Fund Analyst

Overview

A remote contract opportunity is available for a Hedge Fund Expert to support AI research labs by enhancing AI model training related to financial strategies.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate hedge fund strategies focused on long/short equity to improve AI model training.
• Develop and review financial models to enhance AI-generated financial content.
• Conduct market sizing and total addressable market (TAM) analysis to inform AI research.
• Analyze investment research, summaries, and memos for AI model evaluation.
• Predict and analyze earnings to refine AI model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI model performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience at top hedge funds.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, market sizing/TAM analysis, or investment research.
