Hiring our Heroes Fellowship (12-week Remote Program) - Finance Transformation

Overview

This role is part of a 12-week remote fellowship through the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate fellowship program, focused on Finance Transformation.

The fellowship is designed for Transitioning Military members to participate while they remain employed by the Military. Fellows receive a Deloitte-designed learning experience intended to prepare them for a client service environment, with project shadowing integrated. Upon successful completion of the 12-week fellowship, fellows may have the opportunity to be considered for a full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 12-week Finance Transformation fellowship while remaining employed by the Military
• Engage in a Deloitte-designed learning experience to prepare for a client service environment
• Participate in project shadowing integrated into the fellowship experience
• Gain exposure to Finance Transformation work supporting clients in addressing complex challenges

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Active Duty members in the US Armed Forces with authorization to participate in a DoD SkillBridge program by their respective command
• Enrolled in Hiring Our Heroes foundation and eligible to participate in the fellowship program
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred

• 1+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
  • Budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, close, or cost accounting
  • Momentum, OneStream, SAP FICO/PaPM, Oracle EPM/EPBCS, or Cognos TM1
  • Requirements, configuration, integrations, testing, or data remediation
  • Financial data mapping, reporting, and process improvement
  • Ability to translate finance needs into technical solutions
• Top Secret security clearance
