Interim Experienced Senior Consultant, Accounting Advisory & Outsourcing

Overview

This role supports clients with accounting and finance needs across a range of responsibilities, including work as an Accounting Manager, Controller, or Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Function in various client-facing capacities, including Accounting Manager, Controller, or Project Manager
• Manage multiple client stakeholders simultaneously
• Prepare miscellaneous accounting reports
• Participate in ad hoc projects
• Oversee all aspects of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing
• Perform due diligence procedures for clients
• Assist clients with SEC Reporting
• Resolve complex accounting issues
• Support client implementation of new accounting pronouncements, including ASC606 and ASC842
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, required (focus in Accounting preferred)
• Five (5) or more years related experience, required
• Experience working with public, private, or private equity companies, required
• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or SAP, required
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook, required

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional services industry experience
• Public Accounting experience
• Experience with MS Excel at an advanced level
• CPA

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation depends on qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.

Hourly rate ranges:

• California: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
• Colorado: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
• Illinois: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
• Maine: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
• Maryland: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
• Massachusetts: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
• Minnesota: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
• New Jersey: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
• NYC/Long Island/Westchester: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
• Vermont: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
• Virginia: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
• Washington: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
• Washington DC: $40.00/hr - $70.00/hr
