Overview
A leading organization specializing in data annotation and AI model training is seeking experienced finance professionals to join their team as AI Training Specialists. This role involves leveraging financial expertise to improve AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets. Responsibilities
- Review and assess AI Assistant responses for accuracy and logical consistency in finance-related topics.
- Evaluate AI model reasoning and identify areas for improvement using financial expertise.
- Test AI responses with complex, real-world scenarios and edge cases to enhance robustness.
- Provide detailed, structured feedback to developers and AI trainers to support continuous model improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop training data that improves AI understanding and decision-making in finance.
- Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in review and annotation tasks.
- Stay informed on current trends and developments in finance to ensure AI models remain accurate and relevant.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in finance or related fields (MBA, Master’s, or PhD) with substantial professional experience in finance, banking, investment, or related sectors.
- Deep understanding of financial principles, macroeconomic analysis, corporate finance strategies, and capital markets.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated responses.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide clear and constructive feedback.
