Overview

This fully remote role supports customers in a contact center environment for investment-related sales and service.

The Investment Specialist primarily helps customers through the inbound call queue at the Investment Centre.

Support customers through the inbound call queue at the Investment Centre
Build trust and maintain meaningful customer relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience
Develop expertise in understanding customer needs and providing wealth and investment-related sales and service to customers or prospects
Support customers with onboarding of new accounts
Assist with Mutual Fund and Term investment transactions
Review customers’ goals and objectives to help ensure they are set up with appropriate investment products and services
Perform sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures

Typically 1 to 3 years of relevant professional experience
Completed Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or Investment Funds in Canada Course (IFIC)
Good knowledge and understanding of competitive marketplace trends and product offerings
Some knowledge and understanding of industry regulations and standards
Excellent communication, organizational, time management, and listening skills
Resilience, passion, and curiosity

Salary: $40,500.00 - $80,000.00
Pay Type: Salaried
Salaries may vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.
For part-time roles, salaries will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.
For commission roles, the salary listed above represents expected target for the first year in this position.
