Overview
This role is for an Investor Relations Senior Manager who will operate at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and capital markets. The position involves shaping the organization's narrative for the investment community, internal teams, and customers, particularly as the business evolves in the age of AI within the agreement management market.
This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President of Investor Relations.
Responsibilities
- Co-lead the development and execution of the investor relations strategy, focusing on communicating growth, profitability, cash flow, and the evolution of identity and access management (IAM) to investors.
- Manage the entire quarterly earnings process, including workstream coordination, complex financial and valuation modeling, and preparation of remarks, Q&A, and investor materials.
- Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for high-priority investors and sell-side analysts, providing direct feedback to executive leadership.
- Translate complex financial, product, and go-to-market topics into clear, concise narratives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, Communications, Product, Go-to-Market, and other teams.
- Develop and refine financial and valuation models, benchmarking analyses, and peer/industry research to inform messaging and strategy with an equity research-quality perspective.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 8 years with a Master’s degree.
- Experience analyzing financial statements, SaaS/software and technology business models, and valuation methods used by institutional investors and analysts.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects end-to-end with strong attention to detail and stakeholder management.
- Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and experience with investor relations or capital markets data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet).
- Experience with Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and earnings/disclosure workflows.
- Familiarity with public-company disclosure requirements, including Regulation FD and SEC processes (earnings releases, 8-K, 10-K/10-Q filings, guidance).
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a track record of clear, concise communication with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
- Comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and making well-reasoned recommendations with incomplete information.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and represent the function effectively in cross-functional forums.
- Investor relations experience at a high-growth, public SaaS or software company.
- Experience as an equity research analyst (buy-side or sell-side) or investment banker covering software, internet, or technology sectors.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranges vary by location:
- California: $146,400 - $235,375
- Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts, Minnesota: $140,100 - $197,925
- Washington, Maryland, New Jersey, New York (including NYC metro area): $140,100 - $206,775
- Washington DC: $146,400 - $206,775
- Ohio: $122,500 - $172,975
- Bonus: Eligible for company bonus plan based on performance.
- Stock: Eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

Location & Work Authorization
- This is a remote position; the employee is not required to be in or near an office frequently and works from a designated remote location.
