IR Associate

Overview

An organization focused on advancing AI quality is seeking an IR Associate to contribute to training AI Assistant models tailored for finance professionals. This remote role offers flexible scheduling and can be pursued part-time, full-time, or on a flexible basis.

Responsibilities

• Review and improve AI Assistant responses related to macroeconomic trends, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Apply financial expertise to verify the reasoning and accuracy of AI outputs
• Test AI models with complex, real-world financial scenarios and edge cases to assess reasoning capabilities
• Provide clear, structured feedback to enhance AI model performance and reliability

Requirements

• Expert-level financial reasoning and formal training in a finance-related discipline
• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in financial analysis, financial modeling, and data analysis related to finance management
• Master’s or PhD degree (completed or in progress) strongly preferred but not required
• Relevant backgrounds include Financial Accounting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Wealth Management, and Insurance Planning

Compensation & Benefits

• Remote position with flexible scheduling
• Option to select preferred projects
• Hourly pay starting at USD $50-$60, with additional bonuses for high-quality and high-volume work
• Payment processed via PayPal (currency conversions handled automatically)
