Overview

A leading organization in advanced memory technologies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced accounting professional to join their Financial Reporting team. This role is integral to driving quarterly and annual reporting processes with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving best-in-class results.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Form 10-Q, Form 10-K, 8-Ks, and other required filings.
  • Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and supporting disclosures.
  • Analyze existing and new US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Lead initiatives to improve reporting efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
  • Collaborate with FP&A, Legal, Investor Relations, Tax, Treasury, and operational accounting teams to gather information for filings and disclosures.
  • Document, evaluate, and test controls over SEC reporting processes.
  • Assist in the implementation of new accounting standards and disclosure requirements.
  • Support audit activities with internal and external auditors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably including both public accounting and external reporting roles within a publicly traded company.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, SEC regulations, and SOX 404(b) compliance.
  • Experience with global financial systems, preferably SAP and Oracle.
  • Demonstrated experience with process and system automation.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail, high commitment to quality, and adherence to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for implementing technology and executing process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active CPA license.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships across diverse teams.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range is based on factors including education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, geographic location, and organizational needs. The posted salary range applies to roles performed in California, Colorado, New York, or remote roles based in these states.
  • Eligibility to participate in a Short-Term Incentive (STI) Plan based on company and individual performance.
  • Potential eligibility for an annual Long-Term Incentive (LTI) program, which may include restricted stock units (RSUs) or cash equivalents, subject to plan terms.
