Manager-Reimbursement

Overview

This position is REMOTE. The Manager of Reimbursement is responsible for maximizing governmental reimbursement through oversight of Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting and audit support, along with coordinating ongoing revenue deduction and A/R reserve analysis.

Responsibilities

• Maximize governmental reimbursement through supervision of Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting and audit support.
• Coordinate monthly calculation and analysis of revenue deductions and A/R reserves.
• Coordinate various projects as deemed necessary by the Director, Reimbursement.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor of Science in business, accounting, or finance.
• Experience: 5 years of progressive development within a healthcare environment, including experience managing staff.
• Licensure: None.

Other Qualifications

• Effective communication skills with peers and upper management.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Understanding of Medicare/Medicaid regulations.
• Understanding of the net revenue month-end closing process.
