Overview
A professional services organization is seeking a Manager for their Transaction Advisory Services team. This is a remote position based in the US.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations and manage a team
- Draft request lists and manage client communications regarding requested items
- Manage the creation of databooks
- Prepare materials for management meetings
- Draft adjusted EBITDA, adjusted net working capital, and debt and debt-like tables
- Communicate regularly with senior managers, directors, and principals
- Develop associates and senior associates through coaching and real-time feedback
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks including client work and internal initiatives
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in transaction advisory or audit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting
- CPA certification or strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Project management experience
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed

Compensation & Benefits
- Midpoint salary range: $147,900 (final offer may vary based on experience and location)
