NetSuite ARM Functional Consultant – Manager

Overview

This role is part of the Digital Finance team within the organization’s Oracle consulting practice. You will help finance organizations use enterprise technology to support digital technology goals and identify business opportunities. Responsibilities include supporting finance systems strategy and helping clients implement and effectively use technology offerings, including Oracle-NetSuite, to address business needs in the finance space.

Responsibilities

NetSuite and finance transformation focus

• Execute end-to-end NetSuite implementations in a functional lead role.
• Lead teams of onshore and offshore resources through complex, full life cycle NetSuite implementations.
• Implement NetSuite order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and account-to-report workstreams and associated modules.
• Work with NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management module.
• Use NetSuite’s SuiteBilling module.
• Design complex NetSuite customizations.
• Design integrations, including familiarity with integration platforms available and their compatibility with NetSuite.
• Understand and apply different types of testing required in a system implementation (unit, system integration, user acceptance).
• Demonstrate understanding of financial and accounting concepts, including the function of a general ledger, month/year end close process, chart of account considerations, etc.

Leadership and communication

• Demonstrate extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree
• 5 year(s) of experience (preferred)

• CPA
• NetSuite ERP Consultant
• NetSuite Authorized ARM/Revenue Management Consultant
• NetSuite Multibook Accounting

• Demonstrated extensive-level abilities and/or proven record of success managing the identification and addressing of client needs, including the NetSuite implementation, workstream/module, testing, integration, and accounting concepts listed above.
• Demonstrated extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, including clear communication of complex ideas.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $99,000 - $232,000
• Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
• Annual discretionary bonus eligibility.
