NetSuite ARM Functional Consultant – Manager

Overview

This role is part of the organization’s Digital Finance team within its Oracle consulting practice. The position helps Finance organizations use enterprise technology to achieve digital technology goals and capture business opportunities. Work includes supporting Finance Systems Strategy and assisting with execution, including implementations and effective use of technology offerings such as Oracle-NetSuite.

As part of the Digital Finance team, you will support adoption of new Finance technologies (including NetSuite) and contribute to finance transformation initiatives that require a blend of finance and technology consulting.

• Demonstrated extensive-level abilities and/or a proven record of success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs, including:
  • Executing end-to-end NetSuite implementations as a functional lead
  • Leading teams of onshore and offshore resources through complex, full life cycle NetSuite implementations
  • Implementing NetSuite order-to-cash, purchase-to-pay, and account-to-report workstreams and associated modules
  • Working with NetSuite’s Advanced Revenue Management module
  • Using NetSuite’s SuiteBilling module
  • Designing complex NetSuite customizations
  • Designing integrations, including familiarity with integration platforms currently available and their compatibility with NetSuite
  • Demonstrating proven knowledge of different types of testing required in a system implementation (unit, system integration, user acceptance)
  • Demonstrating proven understanding of financial and accounting concepts (e.g., function of a general ledger, month/year end close process, chart of account considerations)
• Demonstrated extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader, including:
  • Proven communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $99,000 - $232,000
• Actual compensation within the range will depend on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
• All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
