Overview

A technology-driven organization specializing in AI-powered robotic platforms is seeking a New Graduate Supply Chain Financial Analyst. This role supports budgeting, forecasting, cost modeling, and KPI tracking within supply chain operations. It offers an opportunity to develop analytical skills and gain experience in supply chain finance, business operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost modeling to inform strategic supply chain decisions.
  • Analyze commodity trends, supplier pricing, and internal cost structures to identify cost savings and operational improvements.
  • Assist with financial reporting, KPI tracking, and performance metrics related to purchasing, supplier management, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, Planning, and suppliers to support project reviews, payment term analysis, and new product development initiatives.
  • Develop reporting tools, dashboards, and process improvements to enhance data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making across supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, supply chain, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP experience preferred.
  • Interest in financial modeling, forecasting, procurement, or supply chain operations.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 10% of the time by driving or flying to client and customer locations.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary range: $71,000 to $97,900, depending on knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits.

Location

  • Position may require up to 10% travel to client and customer locations.
