Operations Consultant (Remote)

Overview

This contract role is for an Operations Consultant working remotely with flexible hours. The position involves supporting daily operations and administrative functions across various departments to ensure smooth workflow execution. The hourly pay ranges from $10 to $15.

Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support including email management, scheduling, and document preparation.
• Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining organized digital and physical filing systems.
• Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking, invoice processing, and account reconciliation.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel arrangements, and virtual event support as needed.
• Conduct research and compile reports on assigned topics to support team decision-making.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
• Experience with basic bookkeeping, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting emails and reports.
• Attention to detail in data entry, record-keeping, and financial documentation.
