Overview

This role is a live operational seat responsible for monitoring risk and market health around the clock. During your shift, you will act on limit breaches, suspicious market conditions, and operational exceptions, working closely with the Markets team and settlement operations.

Responsibilities

Monitor live exposure across markets, operators, and participants; act on limit breaches.
Review the halt-candidates queue for started events, silent feeds, and prices that appear incorrect.
Monitor market-maker health; escalate widening spreads or sudden liquidity gaps.
Handle trade-cancellation requests and the required dual-control process.
Provide the second pair of eyes for critical Markets desk decisions during your shift.
Write clear incident notes whenever human intervention is required.

Requirements

Experience monitoring live trading in an exchange, sportsbook, or clearing operation.
Comfort with SQL, dashboards, and tracing the data behind an alert.
Calm decision-making during overnight, weekend, or high-intensity market activity.
Short, precise operational writing and fluent English.
